Caitlynn Hollis, a devoted mother and educator, started The Big Red Barn Learning Center as a small in-home daycare with a dream of creating a nurturing space for children. Through passion and dedication, she grew it into a thriving learning center where little minds flourish. Her mission remains the same—to provide a warm, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. 🌾

At The Big Red Barn Learning Center, we believe that childhood is a time to learn, play, and grow in a nurturing and engaging environment. From infants to preschoolers and school-age children, our farm-inspired learning environment encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery. With a curriculum rooted in hands-on learning, social development, and individualized care, we help children build a strong foundation for their future success—all while fostering a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.

Our Programs

Infants & Toddlers

6 Weeks - 2 Years

A warm, nurturing space for infants and toddlers to explore, grow, and develop through sensory play and gentle guidance. Also, a quiet nursing room for breastfeeding mothers.

Preschool

3-4 Years

A hands-on learning environment that builds early academic, social, and problem-solving skills through play and structured activities.

Before & After-School

5 Years & Up

A safe, engaging space for school-age children to learn, socialize, and unwind with enriching activities before and after school.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Do you provide any food?

Yes, we provide a morning and afternoon snack for all children. We ask parents to pack a nutritious lunch and beverages (milk and/or water bottles) for their child each day. We recommend foods that kids love and make them feel at home.

Do you accept any subsidies?

Yes! We are currently in-process to accept DHS/CCMS/Americorp. If you have any questions about the application process, our team is happy to help guide you through it.

Do you have cameras?

Yes, we have 24/7 monitoring and recording cameras throughout the building, including in each classroom. Cameras are available for viewing inside the center for added transparency. However, we do not offer remote access to ensure the privacy and security of all children in our care.

What are your tuition rates?

Our tuition rates vary based on age, schedule, and program to best fit the needs of your family. We offer full-time and part-time options with rates that reflect the level of care and curriculum provided for each age group. Full pricing available in our parent handbook.
